Arizona Legends RV Resort: Lot sizes, dimensions,
Vacation Village – Phase I
Benson RV Park zoning specifies: Only one RV on a lot. Setbacks 15’ from front, 5’ from sides, 10’ from back. Not more than 45% of a lot may be under β€œcover” [Basic RV unit, shed, awning, etc are all β€œcover”. ] No residing in shed (casita). Lots – which may include Park Models – must meet all the following requirements: They must be a minimum of 2400 square feet, and must be at least 40-feet wide and at least 60-feet deep.
