Vacation Village lots are now available for purchase in both Phase I and Phase II. It is a gated community, for ages 55 and over. [Federal Fair Housing Laws enable 20% of the lots to be owned by younger persons.]

We offer discounts for purchases of more than one lot, if you are interested in having a larger site – perhaps for the construction of a larger outbuilding or if you simply want extra space .

LOT INFORMATION AND ZONING

Each Phase within the Vacation Village offers deeded lots, available for purchase at prices ranging from $50,000 to $63,000, depending on lot size, location, and scenic view. In addition to your RV, you can build a “casita” (small house or shed) on your lot.

Please note, all lots are not perfectly rectangular; such as, corner or triangular lots. When there is a difference between sides, measurements listed are for front footage and footage of the shorter side. This means lot square footage (which is actual as shown) is not always an exact multiple of the two figures.

We periodically have developed lots available for sale.

Lot availability is subject to prior and/or pending sale. Prices subject to change.

Benson RV Park zoning specifies:

  • Only one RV on a lot.

  • Setbacks 15’ from pin, 5’ from sides, 10’ from back.

  • Not more than 45% of a lot may be under “cover” (Basic RV unit, shed, awning, etc are all “cover”.)

  • No residing in shed (casita).

  • Park model lots must be a minimum of 2400 square feet, and must be at least 40-feet wide and at least 60-feet deep.
